I am playing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (CoD8). I am collecting intel while I'm finishing game. I collected ALL enemy intels but still says:

45/46

I collected all of them but shows 45/46 dammit! I checked all missions even Act I Final Mission (Mind the Gap). In this mission, it needed two enemy intels before train crash. After train crash, It needed one enemy intel even you collected two enemy intels before train crash. I collected it but still says 45/46. This mission has got three intels actually but it seems two intels, after train crash, it doesn't count that one intel. How I can solve this problem? Guys, please help!!!
