I don't understand what's Highlatency?

1. Highlatency is a nick. The player was taking that nick and he is Highlatency.
2. Highlatency is uhh... latency means lag. Highlag... but in Counter-Strike, your latency was high, like 500, 1000 or more, you are being lag. Hopefully you know what means lag.
